At Momcozy, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
